Privacy Policy

Template text for legal review. This policy was drafted as a starting point. Have it reviewed by a qualified professional before relying on it.

Griffin Ag Services Ltd. (“Griffin Ag”, “we”, “us”) operates the RapiSYSTEMS website. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

Quote requests. When you submit the quote form we collect your name, email address and, if you choose to provide them, your company or farm, phone number, province, town, product interests, project timeline, message and any file you attach (such as a site plan or photo).

Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.

Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects information about how you use the site, such as pages visited and buttons clicked. Analytics does not load unless you consent.

How we use it

• To respond to your quote request and communicate with you about your project.
• To send you an automatic confirmation of your request.
• To protect the site and form against spam and abuse.
• With your consent, to understand how the site is used and improve it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and similar technologies

• Strictly necessary: we store your cookie choice in your browser so we do not ask again.
• Security (reCAPTCHA): the quote form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to detect spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Analytics (optional): Google Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them. You can change your choice any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Videos are embedded from Vimeo and load only when you press play. Vimeo may then set its own cookies under its privacy policy.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting and temporary file storage for form uploads), Resend (email delivery), Google (reCAPTCHA and, with consent, Analytics) and Vimeo (video). Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

Retention

Quote requests are kept in our email for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records. Uploaded files are deleted from temporary storage once your request is emailed to us.

Your rights

You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
